Gallery Rental
Small gatherings or meetings can be accommodated with kitchen space available for in-house and open catering. What could be more enjoyable but to have the largest collection of original art in Wichita to view during a meeting or event?

Hours of Operation
The renter is required to have all cleanup must be complete and all persons out of the building by 10:00 PM.
Parking
Parking is available on the east side of the building and on the street.
Equipment
One door refrigerator unit with freezer, no ice maker Reception tables:
several in varying sizes 6’ x 3’ table in prep kitchen Approximately 20 chairs of different styles
Alcohol Consumption
Alcoholic beverages may be served with some guidelines associated.
Event Planner / Caterer Responsibilities
The event planner/caterers working at the 412 Art Center galleries must have copies of their business licenses, certificates of insurance, bartender’s license, and proof of workman’s compensation on file with Vintera Gallery. On the days that Vintera Gallery is open, event planner/caterers may not begin setting up until 8:00 AM.
Exceptions will be considered.
Event planner/caterers are responsible for unloading, setting up, and reloading all their supplies.
Event hosts and planners must clean up all tables, food, trash and any other material that was brought by host or event staff.
All rented items must leave the gallery the same night as the event to ensure its proper handling and that Vintera Gallery is not liable for any damages to any equipment not owned by Vintera Gallery.
All rented items or delivered goods (flowers, video equipment, etc.) must be signed for by the renter or event planner/caterer.
Cleanup
Members of Vintera Gallery staff are required to stay on the premises for the event and will take care of sweeping and garbage disposal. Event hosts and planners must clean up all tables, food and any other material that was brought by the event staff.
In the event of any damages occurring to any artwork or to the physical condition of any and all public space within Vintera Gallery, the renter will be held solely responsible and will be billed accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to scratches, nicks, breaks.
Additional information
There can be absolutely nothing hung, nailed, or taped to the walls in any of the galleries without the permission of a gallery representative.
A gallery representative must approve all publicity concerning Vintera Gallery.
Smoking is not permitted inside the galleries.
No glitter or confetti is allowed on the premises.
